Precision Engineered Products (PEP) based in Attleboro, Massachusetts is pleased to announce the acquisition of Boston Endo-Surgical Technologies (BE-ST), a manufacturer of spinal and orthopedic surgical instruments. The newly acquired company will be integrated into PEP’s Lacey business unit, based in Bridgeport, Connecticut.
